Stepping into the Shanghai depot, the intelligent production line runs at high speed, the parts control is accurate, the quality control is strict, and the safe operation is fully guaranteed, which is the deep integration of technology and responsibility, embodies the hard work of countless Guanjiu people, and carries the solemn commitment to customers. Looking back on 2021, the first intelligent bogie assembly line in China built by us landed here, creating a precedent in the industry, and now the results continue to empower the depot, demonstrating the power of technology inheritance and progress.  

It can be seen in the inspection that the equipment runs stably and reliably. This stems from the safety priority concept that Guanjiu Technology has always adhered to, and when serving rail transit, safety is paramount, and all links are steady and steady. From the source control of design and selection, to the fine operation of installation and commissioning, to the rigorous monitoring of daily operation and maintenance, all levels are checked to ensure safety.  

 
Be far-reaching and forge ahead
Looking at the construction site of Hangzhou Depot, every place is engraved with the ingenuity footprints of Guanjiu people. In order to ensure that the equipment is installed in place without errors, the small bottom of the equipment becomes the “exclusive position” of our team members. They bent over and lay on the ground, meticulously carrying out every debugging work, their hands stained with oil but not careless, and their attentive expressions were moving. 
In this inspection, our technical backbones carried out a comprehensive “physical examination” of the key indicators of the equipment. From the stability test during operation to the reliability evaluation of the safety protection system, every link is strictly controlled. Actively organize and discuss the upgrade plan, combine the actual working conditions on site and the latest technology trends, repeatedly weigh the pros and cons, and strive to achieve further optimization of equipment performance without affecting normal operation. At the same time, strengthen communication with on-site operators and collect first-hand feedback information to make improvement measures more in line with actual needs. 
We are well aware that every precise debugging and every optimization measure is a powerful response to the trust of customers, and it is also a contribution to the steady development of the rail transit industry, and we practice the concept of “righteousness, mindfulness, knowledge, and action” of Guanjiu Technology with practical actions.
