Engineer Chen Wenliang from Nanjing Guanjiu Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. discussed the topic of “Depot Digital Intelligence Upgrade,” beginning with the national digital policy, interpreting key points of the industrial digital transformation strategy, and combining the company’s delivered bogie assembly line, elaborating on the intelligent transformation and digital transition with process equipment as the core. Through the form of “data + platform + application” and digital twins, a cost-reducing, efficiency-increasing, green, and safe operation and maintenance model was achieved. Subsequently, a digital depot construction plan was proposed, including factory supply chain optimization, process optimization, equipment asset optimization, management optimization based on digital twin technology, and 3D visualization scenario applications. Finally, the presentation showcased Guanjiu Technology’s capabilities and achievements in digital twin technology services to the leaders and experts present.
Through this exchange activity on the depot digital intelligence upgrade, both parties expressed the need to strengthen technical collaboration and exploration in the future, advance together, and provide more constructive solutions for different scenarios and process flows in new and old depots.
